Step 1: Prep a mixing bowl with 2 cups Peri Peri millet puffs; keep aside so they stay crisp. Step 2: Add 1 small boiled potato (cubed), 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, and 1 green chilli (optional). Step 3: Spoon in 2–3 tsp green chutney, 1–2 tsp tamarind chutney, ½ tsp chaat masala, a pinch of black salt, and juice of ½ lemon; sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped coriander. Step 4: Toss quickly just before serving so the puffs don’t soften; taste and adjust lemon or chutney. Step 5 (optional): Top with a handful of sev/roasted peanuts and a few pomegranate arils for crunch and freshness; serve immediately.
